The client list is gold plated (including 40% of the FTSE 100) and the results for our clients are awesome (best customer service in 21 years; 40% increase in sales pipeline). We bring a new level of accessibility to the world of psychology, a series of bestselling books to the self-help market and innovative people solutions to our clients. We are looking for more great people to join the journey. To continue impressing our clients and maintain growth we need more superstars who can seek out new clients, deepen our relationships with existing ones, and most importantly bring in that revenue.
What you’ll be doing
- Building new client portfolios as well as nurturing and expanding existing client relationships with leaders of organisational change and HR
- Partnering with line management and HR leaders to diagnose key business issues, assessing people related implications, demonstrating the case for change and accurately scoping learning opportunities
- Demonstrating the credentials of The Mind Gym as a performance partner. Leading the development of innovative, differentiated and compelling proposals which are accepted and have champions in all the right places
- Finding new opportunities by building strong networks at senior levels across client organisations
- Guiding the team to deliver an exemplary experience and measurable results for all your clients
What you have
- 8 years+ sales experience with at least 5 years outside the learning/HR field
- Proven track record of selling big ticket (£100k+), complex solutions to FTSE 100 companies or equivalent
- Strong ability to analyse and understand business needs
- Outstanding skills in questioning, diagnosing and proposing successful recommendations to HR leaders or equivalent
- Experience selling into HR and other senior business leaders
- Passion, an entrepreneurial spirit; a real self-starter
What’s the deal?
Salary in the range 70k – 100k, up to 30% bonus, private travel, health, disability and life insurance, contributory pension scheme.
