Lime Green Grad Scheme

The future’s bright, if you are

Join The Mind Gym and change the way the world thinks.

In 6-9 months – become fluent in psychology, change management and client delight.

In 12-24 months – run your own portfolio of clients from MTV to Nike; Reuters to HMV.

In 36-48 months – lead and grow major accounts with the potential for a six-figure package.

And we promise you won’t ever be stuck in a hotel in the middle of nowhere, for weeks on end, working late into the night.

What’s on offer?

3 top grads will become The Mind Gym’s Client Relationship Managers of the future. You will go through an intensive induction, followed by a fast paced, 2 year training and development programme. You will have your very own Mind Gym mentor who will provide you with one-to-one coaching from the start. With stacks to learn, you will be challenged from day one. In your first month you’ll deal with clients, get to know our coaches network, and begin learning about our business solutions.
